Andrew, born and raised in San Angelo TX. Has 8 years of messing with the web and holds a degree in Interactive Design as well as a Web Developer Certificate, both from Austin Community College. Traveled to Austin in 2001 to find his way in the world and has been there ever since.
My Work Theory
Design trends change with the times but, there are three ideas that remain concrete while approaching a web project, Simplicity, Usability, and Optimization. Aside from focusing just on web design these principals can be applied to any type of work any one person is doing.
It’s definitely harder than it sounds. But, simplicity in web design not only saves money but also works for the end user. They are quicker to design, easier to maintain, load faster and are quicker to build. I will help you accomplish building a website with these ideals in mind.
Through simplicity comes usability. Having a website that is built user friendly not only looks great esthetically but, it also improves user performance. A clunky hard to navigate website will only cause confusion and frustration in the user and in turn, that potential sell will bounce off your website. I will make sure that your site is built behind a usable interface.
With simplicity and usability we simply accomplish optimization. An optimized website design is in fact a design that is simple and usable. Users will flock from near and far because your site is easy to navigate, clearly laid out, and pleasing to the eye thus giving an optimized website.
